CF Morning Prayer

To all beloved SMKSU-ians,

You are cordially invited to join us in our morning prayer every morning, from Monday to Friday!!! :D For the next 2 weeks, we'll be doing something very SPECIAL!!! Mr. Jacob is going to revise this year's Bible Knowledge Quiz with us!!! :D He'll be sharing with us about the 21 miracles that Jesus did before He was crucified and the book of Genesis, Chapter 20-24!!! :D

You guys are all encouraged to come and join us to READ THE WORD OF GOD. Recently, the CF has faced the persecution that it may be SHUT DOWN, but truly the Lord has blessed us and put us back on Fridays!! What's more, we get to use the hall now!!! xDDD God is truly a god of prayer, AMEN? So that's why we should also live up to the standards of ON-FIRE CHRISTIANS and be a change to our school and nation and START READING AND DWELLING INTO HIS ETERNAL WORDS!!!

SO WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? Come and join us every morning, 7.10 am at the school field. OH, and bring your bibles too!!! Doesn't matter what kind of bibles you have; King James Version, New International Version, Good News Bible, big, small, thick, thin... JUST BRING THEM!!! :D Join us and see how Jesus changes your life!! xDDDD

We would also like to thank all the parents present during the PIBG Meeting who voted for the right person to lead the PIBG. Thank you all very much. It has been a great blessing to all of us at CF, and also for those who have continuously prayed for our CF, thank you all so much!! :)

RECESS REVO!!!

HEYYA GUYS!!! :D How are you all doing? xD

GUESS WHAT WILL THE CF BE DOING THIS FRIDAY?!?! YES!!! We are going to spend our recess time WATERING OUR REVO GARDEN!!! For your information, you notice that really, really, REALLYYYYYYY pretty garden where Dataran Taylor's is? That is our CF GARDEN!!!! :D

The CF collaborated with Recess Revolution of Acts Church to pretty up that garden. We took 2 days to toil the soil, bring the new flowers and plants, do the digging and finally patching up the grass and turn that bare patch of land into something ENTIRELY DIFFERENT!!! :D

So, for this Friday's recess, we'll spend that time watering the garden!!! You guys will have to bring your own recycling water bottles, fill it with water and water the plants. Let's just show our school how much we love the school property and everything in it, because YOU KNOW WHY?!?! Everything is made possible through our Lord's hands!!! He was the one who created the heavens and the earth and blessed us with such an AWESOME school and a BEAUTIFUL garden!!! :D

AMEN!!! Praise God and keep the fire burning!! YEAHHHHH!!! WOOOOHOOOOOO!!! xDDDD

GOOD NEWS - With the help of our State Assemblyman YB Hannah Yeoh, PIBG Chairman YB Andy, Ex PIBG Chairman Mr Rudy and Parent - Pastor Suresh with a ex student represented, our CF issue in SMKSU has been resolved for the moment.

What God has meant for evil has now been turn to Good! The CF of SMKSU will now meet in the school hall every Friday beginning this Friday for Friendship Day, this is to tackle the issue of safety and to avoid the students from being in isolated places. An issue highlighted by the school's HM.

We would like to strongly encourage our students to appreciate the efforts and willingness of our State Assemblyman, parents and also school head mistress by Loving Jesus even in a bigger way and to also do service to bless our school in even bigger ways.

Please await more information regarding the logistics for future CF meetings.

FRIENDSHIP DAY + POSTAL QUIZ

HEY GUYS!!!

First off, we would like to take this time to thank all our brothers and sisters in Christ who prayed for our CF. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH. Honestly, we really appreciate what God has put us through, and through this, we emerge stronger in Him. GOD REALLY ANSWERS PRAYERS!! :)

Today, the committee held a small meeting and decided to have our CF THIS FRIDAY not in school, but at the SS 18 field down the road!! :) Time will be the same and this week, we'll be celebrating FRIENDSHIP DAY!!! Since CF will be held in a field, guess what? GAMES WILL ALSO BE HELD!! :D So what are you waiting for? Grab a friend and come along!! :)

Secondly, POSTAL QUIZ IS COMING UP!!! This year, the syllabus will be a bit different. Instead of the usual 2 books in the bible, there will only be 1 book + the miracles that Jesus performed!! This year's bible texts come from the book Genesis, chapter 20-24. The miracles of Jesus are as follows:

CFSMKSU IS NOT CLOSING DOWN

Chronological order of events:

Friday 3 of February - CF was informed to meet on Saturdays

Friday 3 of February - CF was stopped in the middle of service, the service was allowed to continue on the condition of no prayers and worship(Mr. Tan farewell)

Wednesday 3 and 8 of February - CF was informed to STOP all singing, worshiping, prayer meetings in the morning, and also instruments were not allowed into the school compound.

To those who are concern, these are some of the things you can do:

1. Pray for the school authorities to give the CF back the Friday meetings.
( as there won't be any Saturday slots available for CF, for the next 2 saturdays)

2. Parents - you have every right to find out from the school HM whats her reasons of causing all this restrictions and changes.

3. Parents - be more active in the school selection of PTA / PIBG board members

4. Pastors/ church leaders/ leaders - encourage our parents to be involve in engaging the school authorities in good faith to find out what the school authorities are up to.

5. CF students continue to respond to the activities or mobilization, planned by the leadership of CFSMKSU
