Easter Rally

A special post for those who didn't make it for Easter Rally.

The committee members and ground workers came extra early just to set everything up and make sure everything that needs to be placed was placed. This is something i think they should be given credit for because they did an amazing job.

The event started at 3. Yes it is stated to start by 2 but due to the punctuality of Malaysians and the Pastor himself had difficulty finding the place, we had to start later. Cheryl and Wei Shen were the emcees for the day ! They started off with their icebreakers which lasted for about half an hour.

Soon after, it was time for praise and worship. It was just amazing to see how everyone was worshiping God even though there were distractions from the rain and obvious echos. The performances are up next in the agenda. First was a dance performance led by Chooi Si. Everyone was amused to see Jimmy dance. Okay, maybe it was just me :). Then, a pantomime presentation let by David and Darren. Even with the bad echos, everyone enjoyed watching how hard they all presented it. Third was a band performance by Ecclesiastes by the Form 4's.

Our speaker for the day was the very own Reverend Jamie Haith. He's the first speaker for a cf event that originally came from ENGLAND. It pretty much wrote history. A really amazing sermon from him and he's really dedicated in his ministry. He was also speaking for PlanetShakers that night.

Everything ended at 5.15 and the working committee members for Easter Rally performed a song Amazing Love. Soon it was food time. I'm pretty sure everyone loved the food served that day. Thank God also for those who stayed back to help out.
