Kenz Weekly Updates on CF

Well here's again for another week on Kenz Update =)

Here goes the day,
Everything went as usual, Grounds, Usher and even the praise and worship.So the thing that is special on that day is, "The President Speaks"
Yeap is true That our Jimmy Ong speaks for the day, and these are what is in his sermons -:
Are you right with God? Check yourself! These are Examples how King David go with God's way
1) Worship The Lord For What Circumstances
(No matter sunny day,rainy day, stormy day or even your bad day Just worship the Lord)
2) Acknowledge the Lord For His Successes
(Like your exams, if u get an A just acknowledge him =3 )
3) Repentance in his Failure
(Basically repent for what you've done wrong)

And here are some few verse that Jimmy gave
Ephesians 4:25-30
25Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to his neighbor, for we are all members of one body.26"In your anger do not sin"27and do not give the devil a foothold. 28He who has been stealing must steal no longer, but must work, doing something useful with his own hands, that he may have something to share with those in need.29Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.30And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.

Hebrews 12:1-3
1Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us. 2Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. 3Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.
